Senior Project Manager

Descriptions:

Plan, initiate, and execute the project, following the agreed methodology and standards

Manage the project scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risks, and ensure that the project deliverables meet the client's requirements and expectations

Lead and motivate the project team, assign and monitor the tasks and activities

Communicate effectively and proactively with the clients and stakeholders, provide regular and accurate project status reports and updates

Manage the project change requests, issues, and escalations, resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner

Ensure that the project adheres to the contractual obligations, policies, and compliance requirements

Conduct project reviews and lessons learned, and identify and implement the best practices and improvement opportunities

Support the presale activities, such as preparing proposals, bids, and contracts

Foster a culture of collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement within and across teams

Qualifications:

5-7+ years of proven experience in managing large-scale.

Having an IT technical background is a plus.

Hands-on experience in fixed-price projects is required.

Proven experience in performing effectively under tight deadlines and in high-stress situations 

Fluent in English communication, both written and verbal

Experience in applying agile methodologies and practices, such as scrum, kanban, or SAFe, to the project management process

Experience in dealing with customers and stakeholders at various levels and managing their expectations and satisfaction

Experience in improving team productivity, performance, and collaboration

Experience in developing team members and enhancing their skills and competencies

Ability to manage a team of more than 50 people across different locations and time zones

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation skills

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Ability to work effectively with diverse and distributed teams

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Strong commitment to quality and timeline of deliverables.

Experience working in Media Entertainment domain is a big plus
