Follow ASPICE-based development targeting Capability Level 2
Scope includes Upper V (SYS.2, SYS.3, SWE.1, SWE.2)
Large-scale development with ~18,000 requirements
Multi-release environment: Official / Engineering / Product Development Release
Fixed-price outsourcing project with strict scope and cost control
2 - Job Description:
- Perform System Requirement Analysis, System Architectural Design, Software Requirement Analysis, and Software Architectural Design under customer monitoring
- Support system and software architecture design, component decomposition, and traceability from system requirements to software requirements and architecture
- Identify requirement gaps or ambiguity, raise project risks, and propose technical or process improvements for requirement and architecture consistency
- Handle project-specific challenges such as requirement volume and complexity, scope changes per sprint, architecture alignment, and release planning impact
Collaboration & Communication
- Direct communication with customer (Korean stakeholders)
- Align with Project Manager, Architecture / Test Leads, and Offshore teams
- Participate in weekly status meetings, daily sync, and escalation handling
Planning & Risk Control
- Plan execution by sprint and release milestone
- Manage key risks with expected actions: requirement volume (break down by sprint, prioritize high-risk items), scope change (impact analysis before acceptance), release pressure (early test capacity planning), regression rework (baseline and merge control), CC backlog (triage and closure discipline), and fixed price risk (strict scope control and deviation tracking)
3 - Qualifications:
- 4+ years in Automotive Software development with solid Upper V experience
- Good knowledge of ASPICE Upper V processes: SYS.2 / SYS.3 / SWE.1 / SWE.2
- Experience with requirement management, configuration management, task/defect management, modeling, and model/code analysis tools such as Windchill, SVN / SourceTree, MATLAB, and Maestra
- ECU / TCU / Embedded System experience; strong skills in requirement analysis, system architecture, software architecture, C/Python awareness, model-based development, customer communication in English, and problem-solving in high-pressure release environments
