Thời gian: Thứ 2 – Thứ 6, từ 8:30

🎯 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Technical leadership

Dẫn dắt thiết kế, kiến trúc và delivery hệ thống frontend/backend end-to-end đến go-live

Lead và mentor team engineer, định hướng kỹ thuật và phát triển năng lực team

Ra quyết định về architecture, technology stack và engineering standards

GenAI engineering

Thiết kế và triển khai ứng dụng GenAI enterprise-grade, bao gồm Agentic AI và hệ thống RAG

Infrastructure & DevOps

Thiết kế và duy trì CI/CD pipeline (Bitbucket Pipelines) kèm SOP cho automated testing, sinh tài liệu và deployment

Thúc đẩy automated testing (unit, integration) trong toàn team

Thiết kế và quản lý hạ tầng cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Xây dựng và deploy service containerized/serverless: Docker, Kubernetes

Quản lý hạ tầng bằng Terraform (IaC)

Collaboration

Làm việc với product và stakeholder; điều hành Agile/Lean ceremony (sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation)

Chủ động nhận diện và truyền đạt rủi ro, blocker, technical trade-off

✅ YÊU CẦU BẮT BUỘC

Tối thiểu 6–7 năm software development, có kết quả delivery end-to-end đến go-live

Tối thiểu 2 năm lead & mentor team

Tiếng Anh C1+ – giao tiếp lưu loát

Cloud: AWS, GCP hoặc Azure

Terraform (IaC)

CI/CD: Bitbucket Pipelines

Container/Serverless: Docker, Kubernetes hoặc cloud-native tương đương

Tech stack: NextJS, Node.js, React, TypeScript, Python, Microservices, MongoDB, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL

GenAI: LangChain, LangGraph/PydanticAI

Hiểu vững GenAI concept: context, prompt engineering, token, completion, vector database, RAG, Agentic AI

Advocate automated testing (unit, integration)

Git-based source control & branching model: GitHub, GitLab hoặc Bitbucket

Agile/Lean, Confluence, JIRA
