JES-BrSE (hybrid)

Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between the Vietnam subsidiary and the parent company in Japan.

Gather, analyze, and communicate requirements from Japanese stakeholders to the Vietnam development team.

Participate in web application development and product maintenance.

Support developers during implementation and validate delivered functions against customer requirements.

Contribute ideas to improve product quality and development processes.

Requirements

Japanese proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above with strong communication and presentation skills.

Minimum 2 years of experience as BrSE or a similar role.

Strong skills in requirement analysis, design, teamwork, and stakeholder communication.

Experience with UML, system design, and modeling tools.

Familiar with web application architecture (Client – Controller – Business – DAO).

Hands-on experience with Asana/Backlog/Jira, Slack, Azure DevOps/Git.

Technical background in .NET (C# or VB.NET), Angular, and SQL.

Proactive, self-learning, and positive work attitude.
