PM N2+ (JES_Hybrid)

Responsibilities

Work directly with customers to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.

Collaborate with the Sales team during the pre-sales phase to provide consulting, solution design, and proposals.

Prepare proposals, estimations, and implementation plans.

Define project delivery strategy and lead project execution to ensure successful delivery.

Perform full Project Manager responsibilities, including stakeholder management and risk control.

Manage project financials, profitability, and overall project health.

Ensure compliance with FPT Software project management standards and processes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst working with end users.

Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 or equivalent.

Strong documentation, presentation, and customer-facing communication skills.

Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for enterprise projects.

At least 3 years of experience in software development projects.

Experience managing large-scale projects with 50–100+ members, covering the full lifecycle from Requirement Definition (RD) to AMS.

Knowledge of one or more business domains: Accounting, E-commerce, Warehouse Management, Logistics, or Manufacturing.

PMP or PMI-ACP certification is a strong advantage.
