🎯 MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

GenAI engineering

Thiết kế, xây dựng và deploy ứng dụng GenAI và agentic workflow với LangChain/LangGraph/PydanticAI

Thiết kế và triển khai RAG pipeline cho domain-specific knowledge retrieval

Áp dụng các concept cốt lõi: context management, token optimization, prompt design, temperature tuning, hallucination mitigation — để xây feature AI đạt chuẩn production

Backend & Fullstack

Xây dựng và maintain backend service/API (Node.js, NestJS, Express) phục vụ AI orchestration và tích hợp hệ thống hiện có

Tham gia frontend (ReactJS/NextJS) khi cần để hoàn thiện tính năng end-to-end

Làm việc với cả PostgreSQL và NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

Deployment & Quality

Deploy và quản lý ứng dụng bằng Docker/containerization trên AWS

Viết unit & integration test (Jest/Playwright/Cypress/Pytest)

5+ năm software development, với hands-on GenAI application development là trọng tâm

Tiếng Anh C1+

LangChain, LangGraph, PydanticAI và Python

Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, TypeScript (hoặc MERN stack tương đương)

AWS và Docker/containerization

PostgreSQL + NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

GenAI knowledge: Context, Token, Completions, Temperature, RAG, Hallucination

Unit testing: Jest/Playwright/Cypress/Pytest

Git branching model: GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket

Agile/Lean, Confluence, JIRA
