CXM_Senior Project Management

Requirements

Minimum 5–6 years of experience in project management, preferably PM2 level or above

Proven experience managing fixed-price (FP) projects

Strong background in outsourcing project delivery

Experience handling team size of 15–20 members

Good English communication skills (able to work directly with international clients)

Having a technical background (Developer/Tester/BA, etc.) is a strong advantage

Experience in web application projects (CXM domain) is a plus

Preferred age range: 1990–1994

Qualifications

Solid project management skills: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery

Strong capabilities in risk management, issue handling, and stakeholder communication

Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively in a fast-paced outsourcing environment

High sense of ownership, accountability, and result-oriented mindset

Ability to work under pressure, especially in fixed-price projects with tight deadlines

Experience working with international clients is a plus

Familiar with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Redmine) is an advantage
