About the Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst (BA) to join our growing product team. This role offers full end-to-end Business Analysis exposure, allowing you to participate in every stage of the software development lifecycle, from Requirement Gathering → Analysis → Development Support → Testing → UAT → Go-live.
You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, testers, and project managers while strengthening your expertise in industry-standard BA tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from customers and end users.
Analyze business processes and prepare functional documents including:
BRD (Business Requirement Document)
SRS (Software Requirement Specification)
Use Cases
User Stories
Acceptance Criteria
Create BPMN diagrams, business flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes.
Collaborate with Developers and Testers to ensure business requirements are properly understood and implemented.
Support test scenario creation, business testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Assist with product demonstrations, user guides, training materials, and change request management.
Participate throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and production release.
Work closely with multiple stakeholders to drive requirement alignment and project success.
Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
Experience
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software projects or product development environments.

Reporting To: BA Lead or Project Manager
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 08:30 AM or 09:00 AM start time
Contract Type: Service Contract (6 Months)
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: Up to 25M VND Net/month
