Technical Lead_Embedded/Automotive_Danang Relocation Package 90_100M

Key Responsibilities 

1. Communication & Collaboration  

Communicate fluently in English with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams. 

Participate in technical discussions and negotiations with customers to clarify requirements, constraints, and solutions. 

Act as the main technical point of contact for assigned projects/releases. 

2.Technical Leadership  

Take ownership of complex technical issues during development and release phases. 

Review source code and technical designs from team members to ensure quality, performance, and compliance with standards. 

Provide effort estimation, technical feasibility analysis, and risk assessment for new features and releases. 

Drive technical decision-making and ensure alignment with project and customer requirements. 

Lead and manage a team of approximately 10 engineers 

3.Technical Expertise – Nice to have. 

Possess strong knowledge of automotive software products, including: 

MCAL (legacy) - Mandatory 

Other relevant NXP automotive software components 

Required Skills & Qualifications 

Strong English communication skills (spoken and written). 

Experience leading and managing small to medium-sized engineering teams. 

Solid hands-on experience with MCAL (Mandatory), and related products. 

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. 

Experience in code review, estimation, and customer-facing technical discussions. 

Nice to Have 

Experience working in automotive standards (e.g., AUTOSAR). 

Experience in multi-site or international project environments.
